Basically, I had my first F&N lessons in February and at first, I thought it was one of the worst subjects I could have ever learnt. Apparently, after a few lessons, I began to like the subject as I knew more and more about food and health.


We had more theories than practicals, and I honestly enjoyed every practical work we did very much. The best one I experienced was when we had to create our own bread product with our own creativity and originality. I did a lot of researches on breads and surveys. When it was finally time to do our practical, although I had a lot of ingredients missing, it tasted quite good indeed. In fact, I'm craving for another bite.


Miss Seerin and Mdm Haryati was my F&N teachers, and they are really good educators. Even though Miss Seerin taught me only for a few weeks, it had been n enjoyable time having her as a teacher.


If I were to choose between F&N and D&T, I'd definitely pick F&N as I think it is more fun and enjoyable.
